Brothers and Sisters,
Considering current events, we have decided that it is in the best interest of our membership to cancel some upcoming events.
March 27 - The Roadrunners First Responders Appreciation Night. This event, including the game our President was playing in, has been canceled. If you have tickets to the event, please hold onto them for now. The Roadrunners are currently saying the tickets will be honored at a later date. As we know more, you will know more.
April 4th - Pig Roast
This event is officially canceled. We will reschedule it as soon as we can and look forward to having all of you at the lodge for good times after this pandemic has passed.
April 6th - Monthly Membership Meeting
Our meeting is being held as a board via zoom. As the largest organization in the state, we regularly have 50+ members attend. We believe it is in everyone's best interest to cancel this meeting. Our board will meet to discuss the impact this has on our community and the next membership meeting will be Monday, May 11th.
May 13th – 16th – Police Week
The National FOP has announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic the events of Police Week will be canceled this year. As soon as other arrangements can be made to pay respect to our fallen officers those events will be announced.
We will send an email if anything changes. We will also send an email with any pertinent information as it becomes available. We hope you understand these decisions but welcome any questions you may have.
As of now, there are no plans or intentions to cancel any events scheduled beyond these events.
As always, please reach out with any questions to [email protected]
